CYPRESS HILLS, Brooklyn (WABC) -- A candlelight vigil was held in Brooklyn on Wednesday night in memory of a man shot by an off-duty NYPD officer in an apparent road rage incident.
Relatives and friends gathered at the intersection in Cypress Hills where Delrawn Small was shot dead on Monday.
They're demanding answers from police, saying it's a case of excessive force.
The NYPD says that Small had approached a car driven by an off-duty cop and began punching him through an open window.
He was then shot dead by the officer in front of a woman and her two children.
The State Attorney General is reviewing the case.
