Worker dies after scaffolding collapses at Edison beauty supply warehouse

EDISON, New Jersey (WABC) -- One person has died after scaffolding collapsed at a warehouse in New Jersey.

Employees at the 'Nu Beauty Supplies' warehouse in Edison were taking down the scaffolding on Sunday afternoon just after 4 p.m.,. when it crashed on top of a worker. The worker was then pronounced dead at the hospital.

The name of the worker is being withheld pending family notification in Guatemala.

OSHA is investigating the collapse, along with the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office.
