Veteran's 19-year old therapy dog stolen off streets of Harlem

HARLEM (WABC) -- A frantic search is underway for a U.S. veteran's therapy dog, that was stolen off the streets of Harlem.

45-year old James Pardellas says his dog, 'Precious', a 19-year old Chihuahua, was tied to a fence outside a supermarket on 125th Street on Friday when someone took her.

Pardellas, who suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder, is posting flyers across the neighborhood, hoping someone knows where Precious is.
