The NYPD has arrested a 13-year-old boy in the fatal shooting of a 28-year-old innocent bystander in the Bronx.
The victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition after being stabbed in the stomach with an unknown object.
A man fired shots outside of a school, stole a car, hit a cyclist, and then drove seven miles before crashing, police said. Other suspects involved in the shooting that trigged this chaotic chain of events are being sought.
Four-year-old Mario Rosario was on the scooter with his father and suffered severe head injuries. He was pronounced dead at St. Barnabas Hospital.
Video shows the suspects getting out of the victim's vehicle after the incident and walking away with a car seat.
A 14-year-old was stabbed in his rib cage, allegedly by a classmate, in the gym at Walton High School in the Bronx Friday afternoon.
