A 28-year-old woman has been arrested and charged with pretending to be a high school student after enrolling at a high school in the Bronx.
Authorities say the victim was on his way to school when he was stabbed on the southbound 6 train platform at the Westchester Square/East Tremont Avenue station around 11 a.m.
Police say a man walked into the doorway of a residential building last week as a woman was trying to get into the building on Rowland Street and Westchester Avenue in Westchester Square.
Police are now trying to identify a group of four men, one of whom was the alleged attacker.
They claim that once school is out, the streets get dangerous with fights breaking out. The school alarm has gone off several times because of it.
