Man, woman killed in motorcycle collision with SUV in Cypress Hills
CYPRESS HILLS, Brooklyn (WABC) -- Two people on a motorcycle were killed in crash with an SUV in Cypress Hills section of Brooklyn Monday night.
Police say the motorcycle was traveling west on Atlantic Avenue and collided with the rear of a Mercedes SUV turning left onto Elton Street at around 8:10 p.m.
Both people were ejected from the Harley Davidson motorcycle.
The driver of the motorcycle, Reinaldo Rodriguez ,42, was pronounced dead at the scene.
His 42-year-old passenger, Mirella Vega, died Brookdale University Hospital.
The driver of the Mercedes remained on the scene and was taken to Brookdale University Hospital, where he was listed as stable.
