Man in critical condition after being shot in head outside deli in the Bronx

WILLIAMSBRIDGE, The Bronx (WABC) -- Police are investigating after a man was fatally shot outside a deli in the Bronx on Thursday.

Officers responded to 3724 Bronxwood Ave. in the Williamsbridge section around 9:20 p.m. for reports of a shooting.

Upon arrival, they discovered a man, 22-year-old Ricardo Bygrave, who suffered a gunshot wound to the head.

He was taken to Jacobi Hospital in critical condition, and later died.

There are no arrests, and the investigation remains ongoing.
