Eyewitness News' Stacey Sager honored for her advocacy for breast cancer awareness

NEW YORK CITY (WABC) -- Eyewitness News' Stacey Sager received special recognition on Monday for her timeless advocacy by the Women's Division of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine at their annual Spirit of Achievement luncheon.

Stacey is a three-time breast and ovarian cancer survivor who bravely told her story on the air.

She still leans into her deeply personal journey to champion the importance of knowing your body.

Stacey is also passionate about research and says she is looking forward to advances in preventive care that will help women and their children.
