
TRIBECA, Manhattan (WABC) -- Three people were injured after a series of manholes exploded in Manhattan on Thursday.
Police said two children, ages two and four, and their caretaker were burned on their faces and shoulders, and the caretaker sustained minor injuries.
It happened just before 4 p.m. at 31 Warren St. in Tribeca.
Officials say there are three blown manhole covers.
