NEW YORK (WABC) -- From dirty showers to water-logged ceilings, some New York City tenants are discovering their place on the top of an unfortunate list.
The title of "Worst Landlord," according to the Public Advocate, belongs to a building-owner in Brooklyn with more than 1,000 open violations.
