Counting down to New Year's Rockin' Eve on ABC 7
NEW YORK CITY (WABC) -- The countdown to 2018 is on, and Channel 7 will be the place to be on a frigid New Year's Eve as Ryan Seacrest returns to host television's largest live broadcast New Year's celebration, Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2018..
Actress and comedian Jenny McCarthy will join Ryan for the show LIVE from Times Square, where it's expected to be one of the coldest New Year's Eve ever!
The show will also feature multiplatinum music superstar Ciara to officially ring in the New Year from the west coast as the new host of the Hollywood Party.
America's largest celebration of the year will take place on New Year's Eve, Sunday, Dec. 31, beginning at 8:00 p.m. EST on Channel 7.
Chart-topping singer/songwriter Camila Cabello, multiplatinum singer/songwriter and actor Nick Jonas and award-winning duo Sugarland are set to perform live for more than 1 million people in Times Square.
Mariah Carey is also returning to perform after a bit of a debacle last year.
Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2018 marks the 46th anniversary of America's largest celebration of the year and will include five-and-a-half hours of special performances and reports on New Year's celebrations from around the globe.
