The WNBA draft lottery will be held Tuesday and broadcast during halftime of that night's first semifinal game, which begins at 6:30 p.m. ET on ESPN2.

The lottery odds are based on the records of the four nonplayoff teams from the past two years.

The New York Liberty will have the best odds -- 442 of 1,000 -- with a cumulative record of 17-51. As the team with the worst two-year cumulative record, the Liberty are guaranteed to get at least the third pick.

Indiana has 276 chances, Dallas 178 and Atlanta 104. The order of selection for the remainder of the first round, as well as the second and third rounds, is determined by inverse order of the teams' regular-season records solely from 2019.

The 2020 WNBA draft will be held in April. Oregon guard Sabrina Ionescu and forward Lauren Cox of national champion Baylor are projected as the top two players in the senior class.
