Police officer crashes into Dunkin Donuts

BERLIN TOWNSHIP (WABC) -- A police officer in New Jersey is recovering after crashing his cruiser into a Dunkin Donuts.

The police SUV rammed into the front of the Donut Shop in Berlin Township Friday morning.

Police say the officer was not headed to Dunkin Donuts, but lost control at the intersection after colliding with another vehicle.

No one was seriously hurt.
