NYC going ahead with old ballot

GOP saying it's illegal
NEW YORK-WABC State Republican election commissioners and party officials say the decision is illegal and means some voters in New York City will be disenfranchised, casting ballots that will never be counted.

In a vote split along party lines, the city board decided to leave Alan Keyes, Duncan Hunter and Fred Thompson on the Feb. 5 primary ballot.

Last week, the state Board of Elections ordered all counties to remove Hunter and Thompson because they had dropped out of the race and Keyes because he did not file a delegate slate.
