Matzo cracker won't be available for Passover

Tam Tam's are a popular snack during Passover
NEW JERSEY A global kosher food producer says it won't make Tam Tams for the first time in 68 years.

Manischewitz spokesman David Rossi says there were delays getting a new oven working at a New Jersey plant. Because of that, the company didn't have enough time to produce its full line of matzo products for Passover.

But other companies are producing the bite-sized matzo crackers and some stores still have leftover boxes from last year.

Matzo is made without yeast. Eating unleavened bread is an essential part of Passover.
