Boyfriend indicted in bat killing

WHITE PLAINS Robert Sepe Sr. is accused of murdering 41-year-old Janette Carlucci last month in the Croton-on-Hudson home they shared. The victim had to be identified by dental records.

Hours after the body was found on March 22, the 52-year-old Sepe was found on a bridge over Route 17 in Binghamton, threatening to jump. State troopers talked him down after five hours.

Sepe, who owns a bodybuilding supplements business, is scheduled for arraignment April 29. His lawyer, Bruce Bendish, would not comment because he had not seen the indictment.
