Best, worst neighborhoods in NYC

A new study looks at the best and worst neighborhoods to raise children in New York City.The Citizens Committee for Children considered factors like test scores, clean streets and prenantal care.

At the top of the listm Bayside, Queens.

That is followed by Rego park and Forest Hills and then Tottenville, Staten Island.

At the bottom of the list is Mott Haven, in the Bronx, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn and Morrisania in the Bronx.
