It said the activities occurred between Jan. 1, 1999 and Sept. 24, 2007.
An attorney for the restaurant did not immediately return a call for comment. Tavern on the Green previously has stated that it complies with all anti-discrimination and sexual harassment laws.
In addition to the $2.2 million claim fund for victims of the
harassment or retaliation, the restaurant will establish an
employee complaint hotline; distribute a revised policy against
discrimination and retaliation; and provide employee training on
the issue.
