Eyewitness News is told the victim, identified by neighbors as a 44-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
No firefighters were injured. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Officials say the fire broke out inside 389 Marlboro Road just before 11:45 p.m. last night.
Heavy flames started in the rear and shot through the structure.
