Three New Yorkers died in a crash in Pennsylvania over the weekend. Two adults and a 2-year-old child from New York were killed when the van they were riding in crashed on route 389 in Lackawanna County Sunday Night.

Police say the vehicle was heading north carrying ten people when it suddenly veered off the roadway, then rolled over twice.

Most of the passengers were tossed from the van.

Randolph Simmons and Trisha Johnson were killed.

The 2-year-old hasn't been identified.
