Police say undercover male officers were solicited by three transvestites; the female undercover was solicited by 15 men in 2-1/2 hours.
The three transvestites were charged with prostitution, a misdemeanor. The 15 men were charged with patronizing a prostitute, also a misdemeanor. Police seized seven of the men's vehicles.
The 18 men charged were freed without bail pending prosecution in Spring Valley Court.
