Stop-work order issued after scaffold collapse

A partial stop-work order has been issued at a construction site in Manhattan. A dangerous scaffold collapse happened Friday afternoon at the Bank of America building on Sixth Avenue.

Investigators say a wooden walkway broke as three workers were crossing it, sending one of the workers tumbling 30 feet.

That worker was seriously hurt.
