20-year-old arrested in LI teen's death

COPAIGUE Authorities say 20-year-old Darrian Bennett, from Queens, is charged with the second-degree murder for the death of 17-year-old Joseph Scorezelli in Copaigue.

Police say Bennett shot Scorzelli on November 15 because he refused to pay for several bags of marijuana.

Police arrested Bennett on a train platform in Jamaica. They say he had the gun in his possession.
