Teen charged in bouncer's shooting

BRIDGEPORT Eighteen-year-old Kevin Wilson is charged with attempted murder, first-degree assault and carrying a pistol without a permit.

He was arrested Wednesday on a warrant stemming from a Sept. 27 incident.

Police say Wilson fought with a 25-year-old bouncer at the ACES Club when the bouncer turned Wilson away because he was carrying alcohol.

The bouncer was shot in the arm, leg and chest, but survived his wounds.

A Bridgeport judge ordered Wilson held on $250,000 and continued the case to Dec. 9. Information was not immediately available Thursday on whether he had an attorney.
