Two-alarm fire in Paterson, N.J.

PATERSON, N.J. The fire took place at Hamilton Ave. at Summer street. The fire broke out after 5 a.m.

The fire department tells Eyewitness News that since the home was vacant, they were attacking the fire only from the outside.

Flames bursted through both stories of the home.

The fire was brought under control in about an hour.

No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
