Arrest made in Harlem hit and run

HARLEM Eyewitness News is told Tamika Johnson, 35, of Harlem has surrendered to police. The hit and run happened just after 6:00p.m. Friday on West 142 Street in Harlem.

According to investigators, the teenager was riding his bicycle when a Lincoln SUV traveling east on 142nd Street struck him.
