Two teenagers from New York City are charged with murder after police say they and some others targeted an Asian man, strangled him and carjacked his Lexus. The body of 49-year-old David Kao was found Saturday behind a medical office in Flushing, near Barclay Avenue and 147th Street.

Investigators say the suspects strangled him to death and stole his car and cell phone.

On Tuesday, police arrested 17-year-old Chris Levy and 16-year-old Cory Azor.

Police also arrested a third person in connection with the case, but that suspect was not charged as an adult.
