NYPD seeks subway offender

NEW YORK Investigators said on the morning of July 30, the suspect sat next to the victim and began masturbating.

The incident happened at 6:20 a.m. on the southbound D train at the 36th Street subway station. The suspect fled at the 9th avenue subway station.

The victim captured a picture of the suspect on her cell phone before he ran off.

Hours later, the suspect struck again on the northbound F train.

According to police, the suspect took the victim's cell phone while on the train at 18th Avenue around 12:40 p.m.

Surveillance cameras captured the suspect as he fled the station.

The suspect is described as a black man in his late teens/early 20's with a medium build, black jeans and a black shirt with a cartoon character on the front.
