Early ticket woes for Amtrak resolved

NEW JERSEY The problem reportedly cropped up sometime before 6 a.m. this morning, and is taking several hours to fix.

Customers were temporarily unable to print tickets from Quik-Trak machines, forcing them to get tickets at ticket windows.

That lead to lines for customers waiting to get onto trains.

Amtrak says the problem is some kind of communication glitch with AT&T. No estimate on being fixed.
