The attacks happened outside a check cashing store on Jamaica Avenue in Jamaica, Queens.
In each incident, police say the trio robbed a victim who was exiting the store at gunpoint.
A fourth suspect drove a getaway car, described as a tan four door sedan.
One attack happened in September. The other occurred last month.
