The little boy was not clothed and lying on a towel. A visitor brought him inside.
Police say the baby boy is less than 2 days old, but is in good condition.
Officials remind everyone that the Safe Haven law allows people to drop a baby off, no questions asked, at a hospital, fire department or police station.
