Police say 82-year-old Joseph Pagliaro and his wife, 77-year-old Barbara were last seen leaving the office of their Valley Stream doctor about 12:40 p.m. Thursday.
They drove away in a four-door, blue 1998 Buick Skylark with the New York license plate BHU3581.
Both the couple and their car is missing.
Joseph Pagliaro is 5 feet, 8 inches tall, 160 pounds, with gray hair. Barbara Pagliaro is 5 feet, 3 inches tall, 110 pounds, with gray hair.
