Teen stabbed to death in the Bronx

Police are investigating a fatal stabbing in the Bronx early Saturday.

The incident happened on East 166th Street just after 3:30 a.m.

Authorities responded to a call of a person stabbed and found 18-year-old Troynisha Harris with a stab wound to her neck. Detectives say she was sitting in front of the building when a car pulled up, someone jumped out and stabbed her and her 20-year-old friend before fleeing the scene. Harris was taken to Lincoln Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

The friend also suffered minor cuts to his body.

No arrests have been made.
