Seven Habitat-NYC families cut the bow on their new homes in the South Bronx on Saturday.
They're in a 50 unit building called the "General Colin L. Powell Apartments" which is named after the former Secretary of State who grew up just blocks away.
The building also has the distinction of being designated as the "greenest" multi-family affordable project in New York state.
