Rally held for teens ahead of plea meeting

There are calls for justice on Long Island for two teenagers killed by a speeding driver.

Dozens of people took part in a rally at the crash site in Ronkonkoma on Wednesday.

They're urging a Suffolk County judge not to take a plea deal from the driver who plowed into 17-year-old Eugene Franjola and 16-year-old Stephen Massina last April.

David Heise, 28, is expected to meet with the judge Thursday.

The deal would allow Heise to plead guilty in exchange for one year in jail.
