Published reports say his lawyers have asked prosecutors to turn over any video recordings of the accused former IMF chief.
Those could include video of him having lunch with his daughter less than an hour after his alleged attack on a hotel maid.
If the video shows him relaxed and laughing, that could help the defense. But if he appears agitated, that could be strong circumstantial evidence for prosecutors.
