It's a larger than life travelling recourses center that, for 45 days, is crisscrossing the nation providing women with a wealth of information about breast feeding.
Mothers like Marie, she knows from experience how difficult it can be.
"You are so anxious, am I doing this right, you are not sleeping at night, have a lot of questions so when you find a support system to help you, it's like wow," she said.
The unlikely person behind this operation is a man, Ryan Comfort. Comfort's mother is a labor and delivery nurse, his sister has two little ones.
His website milkforthought.com is a popular platform.
The bus is now an extension of that, a way to showcase services available in each city and empower breast feeding moms.
