Suspect identified in stolen artwork case

MANHATTAN

Police say 31-year-old Enno Tianen (AKA- Lewy) is the man who on Thursday, August 4th at approximately 6:00 p.m., the suspect, entered 40 West 23rd Street and removed a piece of artwork located in the hallway of the 2nd floor.

The artwork belonged to hip hop clothing designer /*Mark Echo*/ and is worth $100,000.

The suspect rolled up the artwork and inserted it into a tube and proceeded to exit the building.

He was last seen walking westbound on West 23rd Street.

Tianen was last seen wearing a dark green hoodie, blue jeans, a tan baseball hat with dark sunglasses and running sneakers.

He was also carrying a dark back pack.

The artwork is described as a "KAWS" acrylic on existing advertising poster.
