They say the man seen in the above pictures stole a pocketbook from a woman in the lobby of a /*Hamilton Heights*/ apartment building.
The incident happened just before 7 a.m. November 13.
The man apparently chatted up the woman before grabbing her purse and taking off.
The victim gave chase, but was unable to catch up to the suspect. The victim did recover her handbag, with some property missing from inside of it. The victim was not injured.
The suspect is described a Hispanic man with a medium build, wearing a Yankees baseball cap.
