Exercise may help you sleep better

There's another reason exercise is good for you. A new study suggests it might help you sleep better.

Researchers from Oregon State University found that people who meet national exercise guidelines sleep better at night and feel less tired during the day.

The guidelines call for at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise, or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise, each week.
