Courtney Love is getting a reprieve in her New York City rent dispute.

The actress and lead singer of Hole was facing eviction from her townhouse in the West Village. But now, she gets to stay there until Valentine's Day.

That is because a judge threw out a suit to evict her.

Her landlord accused her of failing to pay rent, but the judge found she was all paid up.

Still, Love says she will move out after Valentine's Day.
