Deadly rage

February 21, 2012

Most of us who have experienced heartbreak hope the line is pretty dang thick; maybe a mile wide.

A young man named Charles Ann is in jail tonight, held on $3 million bail after his arrest for running over - several times - Aena Hong, the young woman who broke up with him a few weeks ago.

They fought in Ft. Lee last night, and then as she started walking away, cops and witnesses say he got into his car and then mowed her down. Again and again. Then he split. He was arrested overnight.

We report on all types of crimes. Much of them involve anger. This murder took rage to a whole new level.

We'll have the latest in the case - and any reaction from the woman's friends and family - tonight at 11.

Also at 11, we look at how - before federal health reform fully kicks in - many people are unwittingly signing up for insurance that barely protects them. Their called "junk" health insurance policies. Consumer Reports investigates for us.

We'll also have any breaking news of the night, plus Meteorologist Lee Goldberg with his AccuWeather forecast, and Rob Powers with the night's sports. I hope you can join Sade Baderinwa and me, tonight at 11.
