A former teammate of Dharun Ravi was one of the witnesses on the stand today.
The prosecution called the Captain of the Rutgers ultimate frisbee team and Geoffrey Irving testified about a conversation he had with his teammate, Ravi.
Ravi, he said was concerned that his roommate was gay.
"From my observation of his demeanor, he appeared uncomfortable with the situation," he said.
It was the first time anyone has testified that Ravi was uneasy about Tyler Clementi's sexual orientation.
But the conversation didn't end there.
Irving adds, "He told me that he had set up a webcam of some sort to capture images of his roommate."
The jury also saw crime scene photos of Ravi's computer, and his webcam, attached to the top of it.
Yesterday one of Ravi's friends admitted he helped set-up the webcam. Today, he clashed with defense attorney Steve Altman who raised a series of doubts about his credibility.
He also asked Geoffrey Irving about his own inconsistent statements.
The trial will continue Friday where the man who was seen with Clementi on the webcam is expected to testify.
