Parents are angry that this month's graduation ceremony for 5th grade students has been cancelled.
The reason is simple according to administrators: bad behavior.
The decision to scrap the graduation was made by Anissa Chalmers, the /*P.S. 132*/ principal. She had no comment for us today.
Parents were summoned to an emergency meeting on Thursday. Many were planning a big celebration. They say they're unsatisfied that a smaller, stepping up ceremony will held for a number of well-behaved students.
Others say a few bad apples shouldn't tarnish the achievement of roughly 80 students.
