$1,000 reward offered in Long Island goose shooting

SAG HARBOR

The SPCA is offering a reward to help find the person who shot an arrow through a goose.

The Canadian goose was found near Sag Harbor Cove, across from Long Beach Road-Fosters Memorial Beach.

Fortunately, the bird is still able to walk, fly and eat.

The Suffolk County SPCA is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the attack.
