Long Island teacher accused of watching porn at school

GLEN HEAD, N.Y.

31-year old Aaron Kozlowski of Long Beach is charged with four counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Police say Kozlowski, a physical education teacher at North Shore Middle School, was in his office when three 12-year old and one 13-year old male students saw him watching the porn on his computer and fondling himself.

The alleged incident happened in February, but the students did not report it until recently.

Kozlowski surrendered Friday in Williston Park, and was arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead.

Kozlowski's lawyer, Rick Ostrove, told Newsday that his client is innocent. He said the accusers made up a "preposterous story."

A lawyer for the family of one of the students said the students have received threatening letters since making the accusation.
