Investigators say Travis Wynter is the man caught on surveillance following the victim early Sunday in Ozone Park. It happened moments after he offered her a ride.
Police say a woman hitched a ride from the stranger, but she jumped out of the car when he came on to her.
Police say Wynter then chased her to the corner of 98th Street and 97th Avenue and sexually assaulted her.
