Weiner, who resigned in disgrace two years ago after a sexting scandal where he tweeted x-rated pictures of himself to women he didn't know, featured his wife and their baby in the YouTube campaign-launch video. He said he made some mistakes, but wants another chance to serve the peeps of New York.
