Authorities in Ocean County released surveillance video of the accident at the icy Beaver Dam Bridge in Brick Township on January 10th.
The 12 car pileup killed 76-year old Margaret Brady of Point Pleasant. After she crashed in the pileup, she got out of her car and was struck by another driver.
Police are still searching for the driver of a blue Hyundai Elanta, who sparked the chain reaction crash after losing control on the roadway and striking the bridge.
