This is a surveillance photo of the suspect. Investigators say he walked into the Inland Bank branch on Spring Road Wednesday morning and claimed he was carrying an explosive device.
A bank employee handed over cash. Then a dye pack inside the bag of money exploded as he tried to get away.
Police determined he never had an explosive device on him.
